The Result: The Tamiami Colts (FL) win the Division II Pee Wee National Championship by defeating the Watkins Hornets (DC) 20-13 on Friday December 12, 2014 at the 58th Annual Pop Warner Super Bowl!

What it Means: The Tamiami Colts, out of Miami, Florida, win their first title in program history continuing the Miami-area’s illustrious history!

The Last Time: The last time a Pop Warner national championship came from the Miami-area was in 2012 when the Palmetto Bay Broncos won the Division II Pee Wee team won it all.

How they Won: The Colts rushing game was the reason for the win! #2 Marcus Fleming Jr. had a three touchdown game, two of them from 40 yards out! He scored every point for the Colts in this game to cap off his tremendous week at the Pop Warner Super Bowl! Their defense also came up huge after the Hornets took the lead in the 1st quarter to not allowing another point until 1:18 left in the game!

How they Got Here: Tamiami Colts started off the week defeating the Norfolk Saints 27-6 and then the Kapahulu Raiders 20-8 to reach the championship game!

Fun Fact: Florida Senator Marco Rubio played for the Tamiami Colts association!
