Pop Warner

April 20, 2011

Dear Pop Warner Administrator,

We are pleased to provide you with our first mailing for the 2011 season which will be followed by three additional mailings during the months of June, August and September.

We are happy to announce that Otis Spunkmeyer is now the Official Pop Warner Cookie Dough Fundraising Partner. The Otis Spunkmeyer cookie dough fundraisers help Pop Warner’s football and cheer teams nationwide raise money for uniforms, travel and other program costs, including scholarships for top scholar athletes.

In this email you will find the special offers and promotions from Pop Warner sponsors and affiliated partners whose programs support Pop Warner participants across the country. Please read the information below and share it with all of your volunteers and families. You may also include these mailings on your website by inserting the following link on your homepage: www.popwarner.com/mailings/2011quarterlymailing1.html

This information from our partners merely provides an overview of the goods and services they offer. As these nationally affiliated companies support your local Pop Warner through discounts, grant programs, travel programs and fundraising, we encourage you to give them the opportunity to serve you and ask that you contact these companies directly with any questions or comments you may have so our partners can learn more about your individual organizations and serve you better.

Thank you for your continued support and dedication to Pop Warner and best of luck for a successful 2011 season!
